About Me

My expertise, as outlined in my resume, lies in successfully managing and coordinating the implementation of strategic processes, growth and efficiency-focused operations, and in developing and managing budgets, timelines, and work plans across various departments and projects. I believe my proactive, problem solving, organizational, and excellent communication skills position me to make a significant contribution to any organization and team.

The following achievements demonstrate my qualification:

I am the lead facilitator of the Women’s Center for Advancement’s (WCA) internal Safety Committee meetings and organized Crisis Response Teams. I execute operational changes at the direction of Senior Leadership while closely communicating with peers and clients for focused feedback. I also designed, developed, and implemented an internal SharePoint site for the WCA Board of Directors that accomplished the goal to have paperless Board meetings and secured board files, a big goal in the current Strategic Plan.

However, my biggest achievement, by far, is the project management of the Women’s Center for Advancement’s $10.2 million dollar Capital Campaign. Being the President & CEO’s go-to, I managed all the project budgets, timelines, and ongoing construction while liaising between administration, the board of directors, contractors and donors. I implemented many cost-saving efficiencies that resulted in the project being completed on time and on budget.
